Yen Sushi, Brentwood CA
To atone for my many caloric sins, I opted for sushi. Yen Sushi is in a cramped shopping mall, so I knew it would be good. Crispy rice with spicy tuna was sushi on top of sushi. Crunchy on the bottom, soft on the top, totally inventive and tasty.
